Parent Teachers Forum

The Ruby-Jo School holds regular interaction sessions with all Parents/Guardians and Teachers during which critical and important issues are discussed thoroughly. An opportunity is also created for concerns affecting Parents/Guardians, their wards, teachers or the School in general to be raised and openly addressed accordingly to lay down rules of engagement.

Within an academic year, these interactive sessions are held:

• Open Day

• Parents Teachers Forum Meetings (PTF)

• New Parents’ Orientation at School.

And as when and where it become necessary to meet and deliberates on important issues of matters of concern for both parties.

All parents and teachers are members of the Ruby-Jo School’s PTF. The Forum aims to encourage parental involvement and support for the school and also raise funds for special projects.

The School and P.T.F may elect Forum representative officer or officers at the end of every three years at a general meeting held at the school.  All parents are always welcome to offer help and new ideas.
